AspenTech seeks a Principal Solution Consultant to drive customer-centric, value-based engagements across the industrial software portfolio. You will collaborate with Sales to qualify solutions, develop strategic messaging, and tailor demonstrations to regional needs.

You will work with senior customers to align technology with measurable business outcomes and contribute to campaigns that expand AspenTech's market presence. A demanding, high-visibility role for a seasoned technologist.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in industrial software, services, solution consulting, presales, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred).
• Proficiency in Mtell, Inmation, and IP.21, or equivalent competitor technologies.
• Demonstrated successes in business development.
• Multilingual; authorized to work in Europe without restriction/sponsorship.
• Regional travel up to 35%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead qualification of solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Act as a discipline/ SME with deep understanding of operational challenges and industry trends.
• Learn AspenTech product portfolio to apply solutions that solve customer challenges.
• Develop messaging and materials to position AspenTech solutions with regional adaptations.
• Partner with Sales Account Managers through discovery, design, and deal execution.
• Engage senior executives to show how AspenTech supports digitalisation journeys.
• Develop industry-specific solutions aligning technology with measurable value.
• Provide market input to Product Management to improve adoption.
• Identify and lead sales campaigns to expand reach and pipeline.
• Coach sales teams on messaging, engagement, and positioning.
• Represent AspenTech at industry events and conferences across the region.
