Landing is expanding its Raleigh presence and seeks a market-focused operator to own a segment of properties, manage reservations across Landing and OTA platforms, and ensure top-tier member experiences from booking through checkout.

You will build relationships with property partners and drive KPIs like NPS and CSAT while coordinating with management to onboard new properties in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, or high-volume hospitality.
• Experience running a market, property, or operation with real autonomy.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to triage under pressure with multiple urgent items.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a growth-stage environment.

Aufgaben

• Reservation management across direct and OTA channels including Landing, Airbnb, and Booking.com.
• Manage member experience from booking through checkout (tickets, inquiries, escalations).
• Maintain property and housekeeping partner relationships.
• Track market KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth.
• Coordinate reservations and escalations with property management teams.
• Onboard, install, and launch new properties within the market segment.
