Landing is seeking a Field Operations professional to live onsite at a Pensacola property and oversee 30+ units. You will manage reservations, guest inquiries, and partner relationships across Landing and OTA channels, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout.

In this role you will build processes, triage issues under pressure, and contribute to property performance with KPIs like NPS, CSAT, and cleaning quality. A fast-paced, growth-stage environment awaits.

About the Role:

This is a property ownership role, and it comes with a rent-free home. You\'ll live onsite at one of our properties in Pensacola, Florida, and own at least 30 units there: member experience, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, unit quality, and everything in between. You\'ll oversee reservations made through Landing\'s platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.com, resolve member issues across multiple channels, and report on property performance to your manager.

Living onsite puts you right in the middle of the action. When something comes up, you can jump in fast, and you get to build real relationships with guests and property partners face to face.

If you\'ve run or worked in a hotel, a short-term rental portfolio, or a high-volume hospitality operation, you already know what this job feels like. The difference is that the playbook is still being written, and you\'ll help write it.

This role is for someone who thrives when things move fast, makes smart calls with incomplete information and the guest experience in mind, and builds systems while using them.

What You\'ll Own:

• Reservation management across direct and OTA channels, including Landing bookings, Airbnb, and Booking.com
• The member experience from booking through checkout: tickets, inquiries, and escalations
• Relationships with property partners and housekeeping vendors
• Property KPIs: NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
• Reservation coordination and maintenance escalation with property management teams
• Onboarding, installing, launching, and deinstalling units at your property

What We\'re Looking For:

• Willingness to live and work onsite at the property
• A background in hotel operations, short term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high volume hospitality. You know how to operate when guests don\'t wait.
• Experience running a property, market, or operation with real autonomy, making the decisions rather than carrying out someone else\'s
• Strong organization and follow through. Tickets don\'t resolve themselves, and this role has a lot of them.
• The ability to triage under pressure. When three things are urgent at once, you know which one to move on first.
• Comfort with ambiguity. We\'re a growth stage company, and the answer isn\'t always written down somewhere.

Work Schedule and Availability:

Because you live where the guests are, this role doesn\'t follow a fixed schedule. Expect regular work outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on what the property needs. Flexibility is a must.
