Landing is seeking a Field Operations Manager to own a segment of Ohio properties end-to-end, including reservations, guest experience, partnerships, and ongoing operations. You’ll coordinate with property teams to keep units ready, onboard new properties, and drive performance across the market.
Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience in high-volume settings and a demonstrated ability to operate autonomously.
About Landing
Since 2019, Landing has built the largest flexible living network in the country: thousands of fully furnished apartments in 35+ markets, with no deposits and no hassle. We work in the real world, where things move fast, priorities shift, and no two days look the same.
About the role
Ohio is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we’re expanding the team to keep up with demand. You’ll own a segment of our Ohio properties from end to end: member experience, property partnerships, housekeeping vendors, maintenance, and unit quality.
If you’ve worked in a hotel, a short-term rental portfolio, or another high-volume hospitality operation, this work will feel familiar. The difference is scope. You won’t run one property. You’ll run a whole market segment, and you’ll help write the playbook as you go.
You’ll do well here if you like a fast pace, make good calls when you don’t have all the information, put the member experience first, and enjoy building systems while you use them.

Schedule and availability
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Because this is a guest-facing role, you’ll sometimes need to be available on evenings, weekends and holidays, especially during busy times like month-end and high-volume check-in periods.
What we offer
Landing is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and related conditions), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military service or obligation, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
