ManpowerGroup is seeking a Market Manager to lead and grow staffing operations across designated markets. You will oversee a team of sellers and recruiters, expand client relationships, and drive revenue, margin, and efficiency while managing the P&L in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

You will build strategies, hire and onboard staff, and translate market opportunities into actionable business plans.

Qualifications

• Management: 2+ years managerial and operational experience.
• Sales: 2+ years selling a solution / in a service industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nice to have: Recruiting: knowledge or expertise in staffing/recruiting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead a team of sellers and recruiters to grow the Manpower business in designated markets.
• Build and grow a client base and market geography, expanding staff and market presence.
• Develop market strategies and plans, aligning with budgets and approved guidelines.
• Own the P&L and drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth, improving efficiency.
• Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a team of 5–10 employees.
