Job summary

Staffmark Group Naperville is seeking a Market Manager to lead a team of Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers, driving service excellence for clients and expanding our workforce solutions. You will mentor staff, manage branch operations, and build long-lasting client partnerships.

You will also seek new business, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain profitability while ensuring client satisfaction through in-person visits and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of similar experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Recruiting Specialists and Recruiting Managers to ensure service excellence.
• Develop new business by selling workforce solutions and proposing tailored plans.
• Mentor staff, provide management direction, and oversee interview and placement activities.
• Oversee branch finances, budgets, billable hours, and profitability targets.
• Visit clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
