Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive market growth by partnering with IDPs and retailers. You will build strong relationships, plan strategically, and adapt to changing retail conditions to grow sales.

You will analyze data, support item launches, plan distribution and promotions, and coordinate with internal teams. This role requires travel and a track record in sales or CPG, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and leadership.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retailers to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver sales plans and communicate targets for distribution, merchandising and events.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics needs, and respond to retailer concerns within 24 hours.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and growth opportunities and share with internal teams.
• Lead route consults with IDPs and conduct meetings to understand needs.
