Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in direct banking sales, market strategy, or branch management.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bank sales and office operations by following policies to meet goals.
• Drive growth with deposits, referrals, and lending targets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank products and refer customers to partners.
• Support organizational change and adopt bank technologies.
• Lead market strategy meetings to identify new opportunities across banking lines.
• Build relationships with community members to boost visibility.
• Prospect and consult with consumer and small business customers through loans and deposits.
