Job summary

Byline Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive community-focused banking in the Chicago/Milwaukee metro area. You will hire, coach, and empower staff while delivering exceptional service and achieving branch targets.

You will develop strategic relationships with local businesses and residents, partnering with our Business Banking team to expand client reach and drive growth. Travel to other branches is expected to share expertise and improve operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
• Proven sales and outside calling skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
