Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years professional experience.
• Experience in wealth management and supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute components of the market business plan with a focus on advisor productivity and revenue growth.
• Support talent development, engagement and retention to create a culture of opportunity, inclusion, and respect in a matrixed environment.
• Coach Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience by providing guidance, feedback, and support.
• Support cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with Office Management Team and other internal partners to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Promote adherence to risk and compliance standards, supporting the ME in maintaining a strong control environment and escalation/remediation when needed.
• Support Market Executive as the regulatory supervisor of an office and/or group of financial advisors, working with Supervision and Control partners to oversee activities that require advanced licensing.
• Represent the firm in local market (LMO) activities, business development efforts, advisor recruiting and community events to support market growth.
