Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Advisory Growth Specialist to own growth within a defined territory in the United States. You will partner with Financial Advisors and Market Executives, identify growth opportunities, and revisit performance monthly to drive results.

You will coach advisors on advisory positioning, participate in client meetings to explain the value of advisory relationships, and help convert brokerage assets into advisory relationships while advancing strategic targets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in financial services with advisory exposure.
  • Experience supporting or selling investment products and advisory solutions.
  • Familiarity with asset management and investment advisory business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Willingness to travel within territory.
  • Series 7 and 63/65/66 or ability to obtain within 120 days of start.

Responsibilities

  • Drive advisory growth in the market by partnering with Market Executives and Financial Advisors.
  • Lead opportunity reviews, set priorities, and hold advisors accountable for plans.
  • Coach on business development and advisory positioning with guidance from CIO.
  • Join client and prospect meetings to articulate the value of advisory relationships and close opportunities.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and client events by coordinating specialists.
  • Track results using data to sharpen time and resource allocation.
