Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cooking surfaces and all menu items including vegetables, sides, meats, breakfast foods, and heat-and-eat varieties.
• Place food in hot cases, monitor amounts, and refill as necessary throughout your shift.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Market Grille operation and sanitation procedures.
• Order product and supplies as needed or notify department managers of any needs; work with coworkers as a team.
