Hy-Vee is seeking a Market Grille Clerk to deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and help maintain a clean and efficient Market Grille area. You will handle phone orders, prep products, and ensure food safety and quality while working with a team to satisfy customers.

No education is required and training is provided; prior food service is a plus, with a supportive work environment and opportunities to learn and grow within Hy-Vee stores.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; Hy-Vee provides training.
• Six months or less of similar or related work experience; prior food service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service at the Market Grille counter.
• Take customer orders and answer the telephone promptly.
• Review daily orders and prepare/replenish products.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area and follow food safety practices.
• Operate the department register and handle payments as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive store environment.
