Empire Today, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead our Missouri operations, overseeing all facets of the market’s P&L, staff, and customer relationships. The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on management of Sales, Installation, Warehouse, and Office functions.

You will drive profitability, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies while building brand presence in the service area and guiding a high-performing team toward growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing P&L.
• Strong communication, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, financial, administrative, and customer relations activities.
• Drive profitability by managing direct and indirect expense lines in the market P&L.
• Lead and develop market teams across Sales, Installation, Warehouse, and Office.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing, safety policies, and company programs.
• Build brand equity and awareness while delivering services to customers.
