Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a customer-focused leader to support a cluster of financial centers. You will act as a back-up market leader, manage client flow, coach teams, and drive initiatives to sustain profitability and service excellence.

You will foster an inclusive culture, manage risk, and lead through change while delivering a world-class client experience across designated markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience through coaching, training or motivating a work team.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of direct reporting lines.
• Proven customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret reports for profitability.
• Balance risk with business goals and demonstrate good judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work weekends and travel to financial centers within the market.
