Job summary

ITW Evercoat is seeking a Market Development Manager to expand into new markets beyond automotive, with a focus on hospitality, entertainment, and gaming sectors. This remote, US-based role blends business development and account management to identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships.

You’ll drive revenue, manage relationships, and work with product, operations, and marketing to shape growth and deliver measurable results. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success in business development and/or account growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Expand into new markets beyond automotive, especially hospitality, entertainment, and gaming sectors.
• Drive revenue, lead customer engagement, and negotiate contracts to accelerate growth.
• Own and grow key accounts including detailing clay and expand presence across channels.
• Analyze customer insights and market dynamics to guide strategy; collaborate with Product Management on direction and channels.
• Generate leads via outreach, trade shows, and relationship building; maintain a robust CRM and cross-functional collaboration.
