ITW Evercoat is seeking a Market Development Manager to expand into new markets from remote locations in the US. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities in hospitality, entertainment, and gaming, and by building strategic partnerships and tailored value propositions.

You will own key accounts, manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and R&D to shape product direction and unlock new channels, including e-commerce.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven success in business development and/or account growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Hunter mentality with comfort operating in new and undefined spaces.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Explore new customer segments and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead customer engagement, selling, and contract negotiations to accelerate growth.

• Own and grow the detailing clay business across channels.
• Analyze market dynamics and partner with Product Management to shape direction.
• Generate leads, maintain a robust pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results.
