Acosta Group, within Product Connections, seeks a Market Manager to drive retail event programs across designated markets. You will recruit, train and mentor supervisors, ensuring top-quality execution and adherence to processes.

You will collaborate with Field Support, Payroll, and Client Services to optimize resources and performance. You will lead planning meetings, monitor scorecards, manage expenses, and ensure equipment is maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related retail, restaurant or food industry experience and/or training.
• Strong organization and problem solving skills; able to present to groups of varying sizes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; food safety certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hire, interview and train direct reports for market execution roles.
• Lead and audit event execution to ensure on-date, quality performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Field Support, Payroll, Client Services) to support events.
• Manage market meetings and performance scorecards to maximize market contribution.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safe operation of event assets.
