Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist Lead to open a new market and build a regional team for our voice and audio AI platform. As a senior, you’ll partner with sales leadership and operate like a co‑founder to secure strategic customers and scale initiatives from 0 to 1.

You’ll hire and lead a regional team, define use cases with customers, architect integrations, and guide customers on best practices while collaborating with R&D and Product to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading technical teams.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic and commercial awareness with go-to-market experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Build and lead a regional team of forward deployed engineers.
• Identify use cases through customer problems and partner with engineers to implement solutions.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers' products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices to maximize effectiveness of our models.
• Present results and proposals to technical and C-suite audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into products.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of our technology to customers.
• Scope out applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions globally.
• Own end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
• Coordinate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams for optimal implementation.
