Job summary

Coval is seeking a Deployment Strategist in San Francisco who owns the full lifecycle of a customer account after signature, driving adoption and expansion across use cases and teams. You will blend technical insight with commercial acumen to articulate ROI and expand relationships.

You’ll lead kickoffs, align stakeholders across product, engineering, QA, and leadership, and translate platform observations into actionable roadmap input while partnering with product and FDEs to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Experience owning commercial outcomes: adoption, renewal, expansion, or quota.
• Background in account management, technical account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in deployment/implementation with ownership of a technical outcome.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and translate evidence into decisions.
• Comfort discussing product gaps and tradeoffs with the product team.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial outcome: drive adoption and expansion with pipeline and pricing awareness.
• Lead engagements from kickoff to delivery across product, engineering, QA and leadership.
• Diagnose and prioritize customer issues, linking business tension to testable decisions.
• Design personas, write test cases, configure metrics, and tailor evaluation frameworks for customers.
• Capture learnings to inform the product roadmap and partner with engineers to close gaps.
