Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver market engagement translating business priorities into field actions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and field to identify adoption opportunities and shape messages.
• Create and support sales enablement resources: meeting content, playbooks, talking points, leader guides.
• Reinforce engagement strategies through sales routines and channels to sustain momentum.
• Gather feedback from bankers, sales leaders, and stakeholders to identify barriers and improve engagement.
• Track engagement activities, milestones, feedback themes, and adoption indicators for reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with Product, Sales, Communications, Learning & Development, and field partners.
