The role translates enterprise strategies into market execution and drives improvements in patient experience, quality, and financial outcomes across multiple hospitals and facilities. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide multi-facility operational leadership for Support Services across the market, including EVS, FANS, and Facility Management.
• Translate enterprise and regional strategies into market execution and ensure adherence across sites.
• Partner with facility executives to drive performance in care experience, quality, regulatory readiness, and financial outcomes.
• Establish market performance routines to review metrics and address gaps.
• Coach and develop facility leaders and ensure succession planning.
