Job summary

Year Up United seeks a Market Director of Student Services to lead the student services function across multiple sites, aligning with site directors and STS leads to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

You will mentor staff, provide crisis intervention when needed, and partner with leadership to grow program impact while upholding Year Up United’s mission to expand educational opportunities for young adults.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of work experience, preferably in leadership or program management with Opportunity Youth.
• Master of Social Work degree preferred.
• Ability to lead through influence and coach staff toward goals.
• Strong data-informed decision making and program evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and cross-site coordination for student services across markets.
• Develop and deliver training to site-based STS staff and ensure compliance with National Standards.
• Coach site staff and support professional development and evaluations.
• Cultivate donor and volunteer relationships; manage partnerships with social service agencies.
• Support site leaders with data review, trend analysis, and strategic planning.
