Panera Bread is seeking a Director of Retail Operations to drive world-class execution of Panera standards in bakery-cafes. You will act as an owner, lead leaders, and deliver guest experiences that build trust and loyalty, while growing sales and profit in the market.

You will partner with market and region support to deliver discipline around execution and ensure brand consistency across all cafes. Strong leadership and coaching will be essential to meet company priorities.

Qualificações

• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Understanding of sales and profit drivers; able to read P&L statements.
• Excellent communication skills with influencing ability.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage a market-wide calendar.
• Build high performing teams through selecting, coaching and development.

Responsabilidades

• Create strategy and vision for the market to execute Panera standards across guest service and safety.
• Coach cafe management teams to meet standards and drive results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Business Development.
• Ensure adherence to brand identity and market goals.
• Lead and develop leaders to deliver great guest experiences.
