Job summary

Qualifications

Multi-unit or related experience preferred but not required.
Some college education or related experience preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of sales, profit drivers and reading P&L.
Excellent communication skills to influence others.
Self-motivated to plan, prioritize, schedule, and manage a market-wide calendar.
Ability to build high performing teams through coaching and development.
Motivational leadership that inspires teams to perform.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willing to work long and unusual hours.

Responsibilities

Create market strategy and vision to execute Panera standards for guest service and profitability.
Coach cafe management teams to meet standards and drive results.
Act as SME of Panera operating systems across the market.
Lead collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive channel execution.
Ensure processes and behaviors deliver market goals and protect brand identity.
Develop and implement people strategy and talent pipeline.
