Johnstone Supply, North America's leading HVACR distributor, is seeking a Market Manager to direct sales and operations across multiple branches. You will set ambitious market goals, lead Territory Managers and Branch Managers, and ensure readiness, staffing, and customer-focused service.

Key responsibilities include driving profitability, managing P&L, coordinating merchandising, and shaping market strategy with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business preferred; highly regarded for leadership roles.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of branch operations management in wholesale environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities essential.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory control, sales, and customer service processes.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ERP/BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for sales and operations across multiple branches.
• Lead outside sales Territory Managers and Branch Managers to hit goals.
• Ensure branch readiness, staffing, training, and showroom merchandising.
• Monitor monthly P&L, budgets, and scorecards; adjust actions accordingly.
• Foster safety, compliance, and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with HR and branch leadership to optimize staffing and policies.
