Johnstone Supply LLC, North America's leading HVACR distributor, seeks a Market Manager to direct sales and operations across multiple branches. You will drive market share, profitability, and customer partnerships while leading branch staff and coordinating warehousing activities.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and a track record in wholesale distribution. Salary range reflects senior responsibilities and market leadership in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in Business or equivalent with ten+ years in wholesale operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Analytical, planning and organizational skills; excellent communication.

• Set strategic direction for sales and operations in a multi-branch market.
• Lead outside/inside sales and warehousing to meet budgets and growth.
• Forecast demand, staff appropriately, and manage branch readiness.
