King’s Hawaiian is seeking a Market Development Champion in New Jersey to drive sales plans, secure store placements, and expand distribution for our brands. You will collaborate with account managers and brokers, execute promotions, and build strong retailer relationships to grow market share.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales/CPG, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel up to 20%. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in retail sales/CPG preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual sales plans and strategies for the territory.
• Sell new and increased permanent store placement and maintain in-store presence.
• Coordinate with brokers and regional teams on POS delivery and promotions.
• Attend market trade shows and meetings to represent the brand.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
