Job summary

King’s Hawaiian is seeking a Market Development Champion to drive distribution and sales for our brands in assigned markets. You will create and execute sales plans, secure permanent placements, and ensure on-shelf execution with local brokers and account managers.

This role requires a proactive, fast-paced collaborator who can translate brand stories into shopper wins. Responsibilities include 100–120 retail calls per month, coordinating with brokers, attending trade shows, and analyzing market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail sales/Consumer product goods preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for territory.
• Sell new and/or increased permanent placement in stores.
• Ensure correct distribution of in-stock items and displays.
• Coordinate with brokers and account managers on market developments.
• Attend and sell at market trade shows and meetings.
