Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or equivalent.
• 2 years of progressively responsible experience in retail sales/Consumer product goods preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales plans for the territory.
• Sell new and increased permanent placement in stores.
• Ensure in-stock distribution and on-shelf displays.
• Coordinate with brokers on account developments and planograms.
• Conduct 100–120 retail calls per month.
• Attend market trade shows and meetings.
• Build partnerships with local operations leadership.
