Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking an IDP Engagement Specialist to build collaborative relationships with Independent Distributor Partners and support retailer growth across our portfolio.

You will lead route consults, deliver weekly and quarterly sales plans, and coordinate inventory, promotions, and displays while leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive market share. Travel locally and overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in sales or CPG, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight, relocate if required, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Independent Distributor Partners to support customer service and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share; manage inventories and displays.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate insights to IDPs and internal partners; support new item launches and store resets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce route disruption and strengthen route health; build trust with store management.
