AGCO in Duluth, GA is seeking a Market Deployment Specialist to lead digital deployment efforts for our brands. You will plan, coordinate training, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure timely, high-quality deployments aligned with our strategic plan.
You will collaborate with NA Brand Leadership, field teams, and dealers to adapt central concepts to the local market, deliver training for digital solutions, and report progress with KPIs. On-site role four days a week.

The Market Deployment Specialist (MDS) plays a crucial role in the successful deployment of digital solutions for our brands. The MDS leads digital deployment efforts in a specific market or market cluster, collaborating closely with the brands and following a co-deployment approach as per the defined methodology. This role involves planning and preparing the deployment of various digital products, ensuring that these deployments are executed timely and with high quality according to the strategic plan.
Manage deployment activities including stakeholder management, training coordination, quality assurance, and progress reporting.
Plan and prepare market deployment with the brand, adapting to local market specifics, and prioritizing dealer onboarding and training. Set timelines and resources, track milestones, and align with NA Brand Leadership, field teams, and relevant departments.
Ensure regular communication with dealers, report to brands, and elevate issues and risks as needed.
Adapt central concepts for local market planning and manage the deployment project. Proactively manage market stakeholders and report deployment progress using quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
Create, deliver, and update training for digital solutions.
This role follows AGCO’s on‑site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location (Duluth, GA) for 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
