AGCO in Duluth, GA is seeking an Order Management Specialist to ensure timely dealer orders through production scheduling and policy adherence. You will collaborate with Demand Planning and production teams to optimize build schedules and on-time delivery.
You will apply FIFO inventory practices, prioritize orders by dealer date and forecast, and liaise with dealers and suppliers to communicate changes and resolve conflicts. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in order management are preferred.

AGCO’s Sales Operations Team has an exciting opportunity for an Order Management Specialist to join their team in delivering extraordinary results in Duluth, GA. AGCO offers leading products to make farmers more successful. This includes developing exceptional equipment, products, and services for farmers, so that they can produce excellent quality with maximum efficiency.
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the timely delivery of dealer orders through the scheduling of future production, considering the factory build schedule, the dealer request dates, and order management policies. Additionally, the Order Management Specialist must prioritize orders and delivery schedules, based on various factors including the dealer's request date, retail forecast, and district seasonal demands.
Reallocate available products to the best available dealer order. Liaison between dealer and suppliers for any change of requests.
Manage future build requirements with Demand Planning which are driven by dealer orders.
Manage and schedule dealer orders for production at plants or suppliers.
Manage company inventories, following FIFO methods.
