Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute consistent usage reporting to Third-Party Market Data Suppliers monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annually.
• Collaborate to centralize and automate reporting and expense data across units.
• Validate invoices by reconciling usage reporting with contracts.
• Streamline payment processes and monitor continuous improvement opportunities.
• Monitor trends for anomalies and potential issues requiring investigation.
• Assist onboarding of new clients for market data entitlements.
• Coordinate third-party source approvals and ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve queries with suppliers and internal stakeholders on entitlements, usage, and billing.
• Oversee change management within Market Data Operations and Compliance.
• Manage special projects and tasks as assigned.
