Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Market Data Operations Analyst I in Atlanta to support provisioning, reporting, and remittance of payments for third-party data, ensuring supplier compliance.

You will produce timely usage reports, validate invoices, manage entitlement controls, and assist in analytics and change management across the Market Data Operations group. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in project management, data analytics, or similar functions
• Proactive approach to learning and problem resolution
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and distribute consistent usage reporting of ICE Data Services' client base to Third-Party Market Data Suppliers on various intervals (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, yearly)
• Participate in centralizing and automating market data reporting and expense data across units
• Validate invoices through reconciliation against usage reporting and contractual obligations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline payment processes and monitor for continuous improvement
• Monitor trends for abnormalities and investigate accordingly
• Coordinate third-party source approvals and ensure supplier policy compliance
• Resolve queries regarding entitlements, usage reporting, and billing with suppliers and internal teams
• Oversee change management processes related to market data operations and compliance
• Manage special projects and tasks as assigned
