Job summary
GSK is seeking a Director of Market Access Digital & Technology to lead the enterprise portfolio for US Market Access. You will shape strategy, governance, and architecture, partnering with business leaders on pricing, rebate, and government programs, while driving AI-enabled improvements and compliant delivery across platforms.
You will build and manage a high-performing team, align with enterprise IT, and ensure successful product launches and data health across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of technology leadership experience, including pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial technology exposure and US Market Access ops.
- Experience leading teams and portfolios in a large, matrixed global org with blended internal and outsourced resources.
- Experience with US Market Access processes including contract operations, payer contracting, rebate management, gross-to-net, and government pricing.
- Experience with data/analytics architecture, cloud data platforms, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with AI and agentic automation applied to commercial operations.
- Experience managing Strategic Partner relationships across multi-vendor delivery teams.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technology strategy and roadmap for US Market Access digital platforms.
- Act as trusted advisor to US Market Access leadership and plan business partnerships.
- Establish governance for Market Access applications and maintain a current portfolio view.
- Ensure technology readiness for launches, expansions, and integration activities.
- Own data and source-system quality for analytics and AI consumption.
- Lead AI-native transformation and ensure compliant deployment.
