Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Market Access Program Manager to lead pharmaceutical programs from inception to delivery. You will coordinate program staff, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relations while ensuring contract terms are met.

The role reports to the Market Access Program Director within Valeris' HUB Services organization. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years’ experience in reimbursement or patient services, leadership experience, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline.
• 4–6 years in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience leading a team of Case Managers or Patient Service staff.
• Experience reporting on HUB metrics and trends to clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage program(s) per scope of work, budget, and SOPs.
• Maintain client relationships and manage day-to-day program operations.
• Supervise staff and drive team performance and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for program operations.
• Prepare client reports and present program data to stakeholders.
• Assist with program design, improvements, and training as needed.
