Job summary

Sanofi in Morristown, NJ seeks an Associate Director for Market Access GTN Forecasting Systems & Analytics to lead the enterprise forecasting platform across GTN forecasting, accrual, and analytics. You will own model logic, data flows, and platform reliability.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, and external vendors, translate business needs into specifications, build Anaplan models, deliver training, and drive monthly reviews and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access.
• Experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms (Anaplan preferred).
• Experience collaborating with Finance, IT/Digital, and external vendors.
• Ability to develop training materials and enable business users on tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for the GTN forecasting platform across Market Access workstreams.
• Understand Anaplan data models and ensure scalable, maintainable platform design.
• Translate business requirements into tech specs and drive model changes.
• Build/modify Anaplan models and dashboards as a business-side power user.
• Partner with IT/Digital on governance, deployment, and platform updates.
• Define reporting framework for monthly GTN reviews and rolling forecasts.
• Develop and deliver training for Market Access Analytics.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to ensure accurate data feed for the platform.
