Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms (Anaplan strongly preferred).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT/Digital, and external implementation vendors.
• Experience developing training materials for analytical tools or platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required; field of study open; strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional expert for the enterprise GTN forecasting and planning platform across all Market Access workstreams, including GTN Channel Forecasting, Accrual & Reserve Analysis, and Pre-Deal and Post-Deal Analytics models.
• Understand the data model design and architecture within Anaplan, ensuring a scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized platform.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications to drive model changes.
• Build and modify Anaplan models, modules, and dashboards as a business-side power user.
• Partner with IT/Digital on governance, deployment, and platform improvements.
• Escalate and resolve model questions and data discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Define and maintain the reporting framework for monthly GTN reviews and rolling forecast cycles.
• Develop and deliver training programs for the Market Access Analytics team.
• Identify opportunities to evolve the platform and manage the change pipeline.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to ensure accurate data feeding into the forecasting platform.
