Sanofi Inc. in Morristown, NJ is seeking an Associate Director for Market Access GTN Forecasting Systems & Analytics to own the enterprise forecasting platform across GTN, accrual analysis, and pre/post-deal analytics.

You will drive platform design, data models, and governance while partnering with Finance, IT, and external vendors. The role requires deep Anaplan proficiency, training capability, and a proven track record in market access analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences market access including GTN, forecasting, contracting analytics, or enterprise planning.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning or EPM platforms; Anaplan preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, IT/Digital, and external implementation vendors.
• Bachelor's degree; strong analytical thinking and quantitative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise GTN forecasting and planning platform expert across all Market Access workstreams.
• Understand the Anaplan data model and architecture for scalable, maintainable platforms.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for platform updates.
• Build and modify Anaplan models and dashboards as a business-side power user.
• Coordinate with IT/Digital on governance, deployment, and model changes end-to-end.
• Define reporting framework for monthly GTN reviews and finance reporting.
