Job summary

AbbVie’s Analytics and Performance Operations (APEX) team seeks a Manager of Data Strategy and Business Intelligence to develop and execute data plans supporting Market Access and Patient Services. The role reports to the Associate Director – Market Access and Patient Services Data Transformation and partners with enterprise capabilities for the APEX organization.

You will drive data acquisition, governance, and BI platform enhancements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or Operations is required.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• 3-5 years of leading projects independently.
• Experience with syndicated data sources and pharmaceutical data a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of data architecture and data flows in market access.
• Identify and resolve data quality and integrity issues.
• Collaborate with BTS and data engineering to optimize pipelines.
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and implement solutions.
• Lead design, build and implementation of BI platforms and analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather KPI requirements and governance.
