The role requires 5+ years in BI/data analytics, hands-on proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and cloud ETL (Snowflake/AWS). You will design scalable data models, ensure governance, and lead BI platform evolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, or Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Experience leading BI projects and analytics initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of market access data architecture and data flows.
• Collaborate with BTS and data engineering to optimize data pipelines.
• Lead design and implementation of new BI platforms and analytics solutions.
• Define and maintain business rules for data accuracy and consistency.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Execute data assessments across new and existing data assets and make use case recommendations.
