Job summary

ConocoPhillips in Houston seeks a Utility Person on fully onsite Polar Tankers. You will work in Deck, Engine and Galley as needed, supporting safe cargo operations, maintenance, sanitation, and drills. This safety-sensitive role requires physical stamina and the ability to work long, 12-hour days with overtime.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, hold or be eligible for a U.S. Passport, and possess TWIC and Merchant Mariner Credential endorsements.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• TWIC and Merchant Mariner Credential endorsements (MMC).
• Endorsements including VPDSD, RFPEW, and other applicable MMC endorsements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans decks and ladderways; maintains cleanliness and organization.
• Assists with mooring lines, docking/undocking, and cargo operations.
• Performs duties in deck, engine, and galley departments as assigned; participates in drills and safety procedures.
