Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Training Manager to plan, resource, and execute world‑class technical training for maritime product offerings, including Autonomous Underwater Vehicles and subsea sensors. The role emphasizes delivering end-to-end customer experiences and owning training material development.

You will work with engineers, PMs, and SMEs to translate capabilities into learning objectives, design curricula across platforms, and ensure content stays current with new features.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, developing, and delivering training program content.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning principles in technical fields.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create, shape, and manage training collateral for product capabilities and tech.
• Lead classroom and hands-on instruction at customer locations, including hazardous environments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operations to capture updates for end users.
• Capture customer feedback to inform new features and improvements.
