Job summary

Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a versatile Test & Evaluation Engineer to join our Maritime team. You will own the hardware test lifecycle from requirements ingestion to hands-on floor test execution and operational evaluations.

You will define test plans for hardware subsystems, develop strategies, and design custom test rigs to run tests across simulation platforms and maritime/unmanned assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related technical field and rigorous hands-on testing experience.
• Experience overseeing full test lifecycle from requirements to validation.
• Proficiency with mechanical/electrical instrumentation and data acquisition tools.
• U.S. person and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ingest requirements and develop Test & Evaluation Plans, VCRM, DVP&R and SOPs.
• Own HITL test architectures and execute testing across major assets.
• Design, build and oversee hydrostatic, pressure vessel test setups.
• Design, fabricate and validate specialized test rigs and ground support equipment.
• Lead floor and field execution including environmental validation and trials.
• Select and install instrumentation to acquire test data and assess performance.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with labs and vendors for complex testing.
• Mentor engineers and scale the test organization.
