The maritime test engineer will lead, plan, and execute full system level test & evaluation of hardware and software for underwater sensor products, coordinating across subsystems and external partners. You will work with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive design maturation, process improvements, and comprehensive test

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in systems engineering, integration and testing.
• 4+ years as lead test conductor for developmental sea/marine systems.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute full system level T&E for hardware and software.
• Lead shore and sea-based tests and investigate root causes.
• Coordinate integration of sensors, comms, and autonomy software.
• Develop test documentation and reporting across test cycles.
• Collaborate with PM and engineering leads to meet gates and milestones.
