Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline.
• 3–7+ years of experience spanning test engineering, integration, and operational evaluation of complex systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full test lifecycle from requirements to execution.
• Hands‑on instrumentation, sensor integration, wiring harnesses, and data acquisition.
• U.S. Person and eligibility to obtain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ingest requirements to develop Test & Evaluation Plans, VCRM, DVP&R, and SOPs.
• Own HITL architecture, test planning, and execution across major assets.
• Design and oversee hydrostatic tests for subsea hardware and pressure structures.
• Design, fabricate, and validate specialized test fixtures and rigs.
• Lead floor and field execution, environmental validation, and troubleshooting.
• Acquire and analyze data to compare against system performance targets.
• Lead root cause analyses (8D, FMEA) and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with internal facilities and external labs to scope and execute complex tests.
• Interface with suppliers for component qualification and brief stakeholders.
