Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong engineering foundation in software, hardware, or FPGA development.
• 3+ years of experience in testing and verification for product design and development.
• Expertise in developing and executing test plans and procedures for integrated hardware and software systems.
• Experience with software testing methodologies for complex systems through lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to execute HITL testing to verify requirements.
• Troubleshooting, configuring, and testing networking devices and architectures.
• Experience with systems engineering tools to document requirements and tests; willingness to learn new tooling.
• Strong technical communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute detailed test cases and plans based on requirements.
• Collaborate across hardware and software teams in fast-paced development to test products from concept to prototype to production.
• Execute HITL and end-to-end evaluation of integrated systems, including data analysis.
• Assess test coverage and maintain traceability from requirements to verification evidence.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and test networking devices and architectures to support integration.
• Own development testing activities at program level and coordinate with POCs for cross-functional coverage.
• Communicate test status, results, and technical risk to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Improve test infrastructure, automation, and documentation practices.
