Job summary

Biehl is seeking a recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across niche maritime sales and high-volume entry level roles. You will build targeted sourcing strategies, partner with sales and operations, and thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

You will manage offers, on- and offboarding, and ensure pre-employment steps (TWIC, background checks, drug screens) are completed. A strong maritime knowledge foundation will be developed quickly, with ongoing events participation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume recruiting environment (logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, trades, or staffing).
• Experience recruiting non-entry level or hard-to-fill roles (sales, technical, licensed, or professional roles).
• Experience with pre-employment compliance requirements (TWIC, DOT physicals, background checks).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for niche maritime sales roles and high-volume entry level maritime positions.
• Support employee lifecycle, onboarding, annual reviews, and offboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers for 15-20+ entry level hires per month.
• Execute strategic sourcing campaigns for maritime sales roles using LinkedIn and industry outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offers and pre-employment requirements.
