Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly skilled maritime test engineer to lead full system level T&E for autonomous underwater systems. This role emphasizes rapid design maturation, shore and sea-based testing, and collaboration with program management and cross-functional engineering teams.

You will drive test planning, execution, and reporting, work with external partners, and ensure compliance with project goals while supporting a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years experience in systems engineering, integration and testing.
• 4+ years as lead test conductor/test director for developmental systems on manned and/or unmanned sea-craft.

Responsibilities

• Own, plan, and execute full system level T&E of hardware and software with emphasis placed on driving design maturation fast.
• Assist in the integration of subsystems including sensors, communication systems, and autonomy software.
• Provide technical guidance to Field Operations, including test authority, task assignment, and event scheduling.
• Implement and maintain test documentation throughout development and test cycle.
• Coordinate with program management to establish requirements, schedules, gates, milestones, and improvement areas based on results.
